You’ll also…
- Interpret and analyzes guest needs and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Guide guests through the season pass or general park purchase process, while utilizing sales techniques such as quantity, up-selling, and discounts.
- Utilize computer to create and process season passes, input pass registration forms, takes photos of the guests, and ensures proper distribution of the completed passes.
- Identify and scan different types of admission tickets and season passes, and verify authenticity and proper usage upon receiving at the front gate.
- Perform operating duties for toll booths, includes, but not limited to, setting up booth and POS, process transactions and provides direction and park information to guests.
