• Gain first-hand experience and knowledge working directly in the field.

Culinary Arts Intern Opportunities:

• Culinary Arts & Catering Internship - $15.75/hour

  Our Culinary Arts and Catering Internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You will gain valuable skills in event planning, food and beverage operations, and team management.

• Food Safety and Sanitation Auditing Internship - $15.75/hour

  As a Food Safety and Sanitation Auditing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in food safety and sanitation within a dynamic amusement park environment. This role is perfect for individuals interested in pursuing a career in food safety, public health, or hospitality management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment/program at Michigan's Adventure).
• Commit to working at Michigan's Adventure and completing intern program requirements.
• Ability to work at minimum 24 hours per week AND be available to work/attend intern program activities as well as work on weekends/peak days.
• Ability and comfort with working in both indoor and outdoor environments that may include a variety of weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, wind, etc.).
