Hospitality Intern Opportunities:

• Business Administrative Support - $14.25/hour

  Our Business Administrative Support Internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our Group Sales/Season Pass Office while developing valuable skills in administration, guest service, and communication.

• Food & Beverage Management Internship - $15.75/hour

  As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in the exciting world of amusement park dining! This internship provides a unique opportunity to assist in the oversight of our diverse food and beverage operations while also assisting with staffing, training and payroll.

• Hospitality Administration Internship - $14.25/hour

  Michigan’s Adventure’s Hospitality Administration Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in all aspects of Admissions and Guest Services at Michigan’s Adventure. You’ll work as a part of our team, learning the ins and outs of operations and contributing to creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Human Resources Internship - $15.00/hour

  The Human Resources Intern at Michigan’s Adventure you will gain leadership and communication skills in a dynamic environment. This program offers college students hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

• Park Services Internship - $15.00/hour

  As a Park Services Intern you will have a hands-on experience in leading the department that helps keep the park looking its best for our Guests and Associates.

• Waterpark Operations Internship - $16.00/hour (after completing lifeguard class)

  Our Waterpark Operations Internship offers a unique blend of office management experience, guest service interaction, and training. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the daily operations of a waterpark – focusing on administrative tasks crucial for smooth park operation. Depending on certifications, there may also be opportunities to assist with associate training and auditing.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment/program at Michigan's Adventure).
• Commit to working at Michigan's Adventure and completing intern program requirements.
• Ability to work at minimum 24 hours per week AND be available to work/attend intern program activities as well as work on weekends/peak days.
• Ability and comfort with working in both indoor and outdoor environments that may include a variety of weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, wind, etc.).
