Catering Senior Supervisor

WAGE: $19.00 / hour (Age 18+)
Deliver exceptional catered event experiences by leading food and beverage setup, service, and staff coordination to ensure every gathering is executed smoothly and professionally.

• Set-up buffet service, prepare, and serve food and beverage according to Banquet Event Order specifications
• Assess on hand inventories and prepare orders for upcoming events, report inventories on a weekly basis
• Schedule staff according to event needs, manage break plans and timecards accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with company and health department standards
• Train and coach catering staff in order to ensure exemplary event execution and guest service

• Previous food service experience required, catering or event experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines and pass ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol courses (training provided)
• Good customer service, communication, and delegation skills
• Ability to handle event management and follow designated timelines
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
