Entertainment Team Leads work with performers, associates, and guests to ensure safety for all, as well as creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. Entertainment Team Lead assigned duties (may vary):

• Oversee daily operations of assigned location.
• Opening/closing locations, ensuring cleanliness in all areas
• Promote teamwork and create a positive & safe work environment for all.
• Provide excellent customer service for our guests
• Resolve guest and associate concerns
• Other duties as assigned
