Overview

WAGE: $19.00 / hour

Support the Chef Manager in overseeing culinary operations for catering, in-park dining locations, and the Cornerstone Café while ensuring high-quality food, efficient operations, and exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef Manager in managing daily culinary operations across catering and park dining locations
  • Supervise, train, and coach kitchen staff to ensure consistency, efficiency, and teamwork
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and food safety standards are consistently met
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with menu development and recipe creation
  • Assist with catering execution and monitor kitchen operations to ensure productivity and service excellence

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency with kitchen equipment and relevant software
