IT Assistant

WAGE: $17 / hour

This is an entry-level, hourly, seasonal position set to begin in early April and conclude in the first week of November.

Provide tech support and maintain IT systems, keeping the park's technology running smoothly.

• Provide technical support to associates and guests. 
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment. 
  
• Assist with software and hardware installations. 
  
• Monitor network performance and security. 
  
• Document IT issues and resolutions accurately. 

• Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills
