In this role, you’ll train and inspire team members to provide fast, friendly, and safe service to our guests—while also supporting warehouse operations to keep every location stocked and ready for action.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Training Supervisors with coordinating training activities, including scheduling sessions and reserving appropriate spaces
  • Prepare and conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing team members
  • Help develop training materials and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and all Six Flags standards
  • Promote and reinforce a clean, safe, and high-energy work environment
  • Serve as a role model by consistently delivering friendly, enthusiastic guest service
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee training records
  • Act as a primary contact for trainees, addressing questions and needs 
  • Perform data entry related to training and employee records as needed
  • Manage inventory counts, restock, and ongoing supply tracking
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and proper storage practices, including FIFO rotation, labeling, and temperature control
  • Distribute products efficiently to food and beverage locations throughout the park
  • Perform data entry related to inventory and deliveries
  • Ensure all warehouse and storage areas remain clean, safe, and organized in compliance with safety standards
  • Support park operations during peak periods and special events as needed
  • Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries of food, beverages, and related supplies

 

Payrate: $11.50/hr

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service experience required (high-volume environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Available: Nights, weekends, and holidays
