Candy Maker

Job Summary: Assist candy makers in the production of candies and confections in Coaster Candy Company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operating machinery

· Following recipes

· Preparing ingredients

· Monitoring production process

· Ensuring quality control

· May be involved in developing new recipes

· Packaging and storing ingredients and confections

· Labeling product

· Inventory ingredients and raw materials

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Adhere to all Health Department regulations

Reports to: Full time and Part time Supervisors

Skills and Qualifications:

· Able to lift 50+ lbs. or more

· Be fully available

· Will have to pass ServSafe certification
