We’re looking for high-energy, enthusiastic supervisors ready to lead from the front and bring the chills, thrills, and screams to life all season long! As a Fright Fest Supervisor, you’ll take charge of Haunted Attractions and Scare Zones, ensuring every scream is earned, every zone runs smoothly, and every guest experiences a fully immersive, spine-tingling adventure. You’ll lead scare actors, keep the energy high, maintain show quality, and ensure a safe, seamless operation from opening howl to final fright. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage assigned Haunted Houses and/or Scare Zones.
  • Ensure actors are in full costume and makeup and ready for operation in a timely manner.
  • Conduct pre-opening inspections of all assigned areas for cleanliness, safety, and show quality.
  • Monitor staffing levels and coordinate adjustments as needed.
  • Manage team member breaks and ensure proper coverage is maintained.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10–15 team members, ensuring performance meets departmental and company standards.
  • Monitor attractions and report any technical or operational issues promptly.
  • Communicate updates, notes, and expectations from Fright Fest Management to actors and staff.
  • Ensure the safety of guests and team members at all times.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
  • Partner with Gate Keepers to manage queue lines and guest flow.
  • Communicate operational needs, concerns, and incidents to department leadership.
  • Complete and maintain all required team member documentation, including safety talks, coaching records, and disciplinary reports.
  • Utilize two-way radios to communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Maintain show quality, energy, and guest engagement throughout the operating day.

Payrate: up to $18.50/Hr.

Qualifications

🚨Availability Requirement🚨

Must be able to work all operating days (Fridays–Sundays) from September 1, 2026, through November 1, 2026.Due to the limited operating season of Fright Fest, applicants are required to disclose any scheduling conflicts occurring between August and November during the interview process.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous haunted attraction experience and/or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, guest service, and workplace safety.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and engaging with guests and team members.
  • Alert and able to react quickly to changing show conditions, guest needs, and crowd situations.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and at all times of day.
  • Must be able to work around strobe lighting, fog effects, loud noises, and other theatrical elements.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, traverse all areas of the park and haunted attractions, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to meet Six Flags driving requirements.
