Overview

As an Admission team member, you will set the first impression! You’ll upsell the works when it comes to our tickets and passes; and keep them coming back for more visits. You won’t be just taking tickets though; this job is your ticket to an exciting season of fun!

 

Pay Starting at $15.00/Hour

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and greeting all guests that enter and exit the park
  • Taking tickets or season passes for each guest entering the park
  • Operating the computerized season pass system and processing season passes
  • Addressing guest questions and concerns regarding park policies and procedures, ticketing and season pass information, and general inquires
  • Selling park admission tickets using a computerized point of sale system
  • Completing accurate toll plaza transactions for cars entering the parking lot
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
  • Assisting in other areas of the Admissions department, including ticket taking, ticket selling, season pass processing, and toll operations
  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) cash registers, processing transactions and discounts

  • Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • At least 16 years old
