You will be responsible for scanning and validating tickets and season passes, assisting with pass processing, and helping troubleshoot guest concerns along the way. Sell tickets, season passes, and parking to arriving Guests
Accurately scan and validate tickets and season passes
Process season passes and operate computer systems with picture-taking capabilities
Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and courtesy standards
Resolve Guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain performance standards and assist with other duties as assigned
Payrate: up to $10.50/hr.
Must be at least 15 years old.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, speaking, and understanding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate systems used for Guest services.
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in stressful or emergency situations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Safety-conscious mindset with a willingness to actively engage and assist Guests.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods; frequent kneeling may be required.
Requires eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech, as well as manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color recognition.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 6 hours at a time and up to 14 hours in a day.
Ability to walk more than 3 miles per day across various surfaces.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. for 25 feet across various surfaces.
Ability to lift and lower up to 5 lbs. above shoulder level.
Ability to safely climb a stepladder up to 6 feet in height.
