Overview

Help set the tone for an unforgettable day by welcoming guests and providing exceptional service at Will Call and Guest Services. This position supports daily operations by assisting guests with questions and concerns, selling park admission, and resolving issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach. As one of the first, and sometimes last, points of contact for our guests, this role plays an important part in creating a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with proper debit/credit and mobile payment procedures
  • Provide accurate information to Guests and assist Season Passes and Membership holders.
  • Utilize POS system and season pass administration system to sell tickets and look up season pass and membership information.
  • Handle various ticket transactions with and without coupons.
  • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit to Six Flags.
  • Resolve Guest concerns that may arise daily
  • Ensure standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities are met.
  • Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $11.50/hr.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must possess excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

  • Must enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming, positive experience.

  • Willingness to actively engage with guests and assist with their needs and questions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and identify appropriate solutions.

  • Must remain calm, professional, and responsive when handling difficult or stressful situations.

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must communicate effectively in English, including the ability to read and speak English.

  • Fluency in more than one language is preferred, but not required.

  • Must be safety-conscious and committed to following all applicable safety procedures.

  • Must maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple guest needs while maintaining a high level of service.

  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong sense of initiative, and willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional guest service.
